Doodle is about to bust out his first tooth and while he has overall been in a great mood, it has resulted in full-on melt-downs out of nowhere, short naps and a lot of mommy clinging. Honeybun is “not learning anything” at school, “everyone hates” her dancing and has developed a not-so-charming habit of snappy, nasty and inappropriate comments. Sugarplum has developed the skill of selective hearing and I often have to repeat requests many (5, 6, 10) times, however many I have the patience for before losing my cool and snapping at her, usually resulting in a crying fit.
We’re clearly smack dab in the middle of a rough cycle of behavior!
