When I was working, we used to do a running log to help track children’s behaviors and come up with a plan to help manage certain behaviors. \u00a0We would write down exactly what the child was doing every so many minutes (usually between 3 and 5 minutes for an hour or two). \u00a0I thought it would be interesting to do the same for the daily life of a mommy. \u00a0Here was what I was doing every 15 minutes yesterday:<\/p>\n
