Pipsqueak is 13 days old today and he’s already showing his true colors. \u00a0Here are 13 facts about our sweet little guy:<\/p>\n

1. He\u00a0rolled over last<\/em> Monday (on his 4th day<\/a>). \u00a0We, too, thought it was a fluke accident but he did it again twice more that day and has done it a few times since.<\/p>\n

2. He\u00a0has slept 6+ hours the past two nights (10 to 4ish) which puts him in the “sleeping through the night<\/a>” category (at 12 days old)<\/p>\n

3. He sleeps through anything, except for the lawnmower. \u00a0His brother screaming, his sister crying, my ridiculous cough (that finally subsided, yay!)<\/p>\n

4. He loves to snuggle. \u00a0Even though he’s a good sleeper, his most favorite place is in mommy’s arms (and I’m okay with it, these are my last newborn snuggles!)<\/p>\n

5. He’s an awesome nurser. \u00a0He spent his first hour and half happily on the boob and has been going strong ever since with none of the early problems<\/a> I had with the others. \u00a0He usually opens his mouth nice and wide, grunts, moves his head side to side and grabs the boob, easy peasy!<\/p>\n

6. He poops and pees, a lot! \u00a0I feel like I spend all day changing his diaper (and clothes) but he doesn’t mind and I’m getting better at not getting sprayed<\/a>!<\/p>\n

7. After an initial drop of almost 1\/2 a pound in his first day, he’s officially gained all of that back and then some (he weighed in at 9 pounds, 12 ounces this morning!)<\/p>\n

8. I’m obsessed with his head. \u00a0His speedy arrival<\/a> meant he came out with a perfectly gorgeous, round head and his hair is soooo soft, I could just spend all day rubbing his amazing little head!<\/p>\n

9. He’s a happy guy. \u00a0In the car, snuggled in my sling, in someone else’s arms, so long as he’s not hungry, tired or wet he’s a very content boy (something we desperately needed after our two fussy-pantsies!)<\/p>\n

10. He’s wearing the same clothes Doodle did at this time of year. \u00a0Doodle was 4 months old by September.<\/p>\n

11. He’s super sucky. \u00a0From the very beginning, he’s wanted to suck on anything that gets near his mouth, I anticipate another thumb sucker<\/a> like Honeybun was.<\/p>\n

12. \u00a0He loves being upright. \u00a0Anytime he’s awake, he wants to be sitting up, looking around. \u00a0He hates laying down except when he’s passed out.<\/p>\n
