My parents went home on Wednesday\u00a0and hubby isn’t starting his paternity leave until next week which has left\u00a0me with three days to manage all the kids completely on my own! \u00a0We’ve been doing a lot of mornings on our own between when hubby leaves for work and mid-day when my parents would come over but the past two days\u00a0we were alone the\u00a0entire<\/em> day until dinner time.<\/p>\n

This is what our first day alone\u00a0looked like (with zero photographic evidence, I really need to be better about that…):<\/p>\n

1:30 rubbing Sugarplum’s leg that was hurting so bad she couldn’t sleep (growing pains?)<\/p>\n

8:30 nursing Pipsqueak and collecting drips<\/a> (a full ounce!)<\/p>\n

8:45 making coffee<\/p>\n

9:00 changing Pipsqueak’s diaper<\/p>\n

9:15 breaking up a fight between Sugarplum and Doodle (she stole his spine…)<\/p>\n

9:30 reading to Doodle and Sugarplum, rocking Pipsqueak to sleep<\/p>\n

9:45 working on a blog post<\/p>\n

10:00 working on a blog post while kids play outside<\/p>\n

10:15 nursing Pipsqueak<\/p>\n

10:30 getting checked over by midwife<\/p>\n

1:30 dropping girls off at geography class<\/p>\n

1:45 running through the rain with the boys<\/p>\n

2:15 driving back to get the girls<\/p>\n

2:30 discussing how class was with the girls<\/p>\n
