I’ve got just the thing: 5 ideas for quick and easy (and cheap!) Christmas decorations that go beyond the tree.<\/p>\n

\"Holiday<\/a><\/p>\n

1. Baubles<\/h3>\n

Not only are baubles cheap, but they’re colorful and sparkly and add a splash of holiday color wherever you put them. I fill up my china cabinet and hang them anywhere I need a little extra color or Christmas cheer.\"wpid-wp-1418569416841.jpg\"<\/p>\n

2. Lights<\/h3>\n

Lights spruce up any display and are relatively inexpensive as far as Christmas decorations go these days (especially when you buy them after Christmas). I like to hang them around the windows and doors, with the stockings and everywhere else people might look!<\/p>\n

3. Garlands<\/h3>\n

Garlands are not usually very expensive and, I think, add a lot of holiday cheer and winter feel (which is a big plus for us Florida people!). I usually pair the garlands with lights, holly berries or other shiny\/sparkly things to spice them up a little.\"wpid-wp-1418569485090.jpg\"<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>4. Knick knacks<\/h3>\n

I love little decorative things because the big things take up too much room and are too expensive. I love this shelf because it nicely (and easily!) displays all my little Christmas decorations as well as the rest of my holiday decorations throughout the year. Most of my Christmas knick knacks were my Nana and Gran’mas or stuff we got during our tour of the German Christmas markets but I can’t resist little, cute things for all holidays, especially of they’re cheap!\"wpid-wp-1418569469208.jpg\"<\/p>\n

5. Miniature trees<\/h3>\n

Christmas trees are the ultimate in Christmas decorations and small-sized Christmas tree are everywhere, usually inexpensive and come in a ton of different colors. We now have a tree for every person since i bought colored ones for the kids on clearance after Christmas last year and the girls got to decorate their own trees this year.)<\/p>\n
