A bit over a year ago I was complaining about my girls arguing over Barbie shoes in\u00a0“I am not a referee!”<\/a>\u00a0Well, one year older and not much has changed except now they argue over more sophisticated things like chairs.<\/p>\n

Yesterday while Honeybun was working on her homework, Sugarplum moved the chair Honeybun had been sitting in.\u00a0 Which prompted Honeybun to use an inappropriate tone with her sister claiming it was \u201cher\u201d chair.\u00a0 Honeybun placed the chair back at the table prompting Sugarplum to do her famous scream and pull the chair away right as Honeybun sat down, causing Honeybun to fall on the floor which just enraged the beast.\u00a0 Honeybun screeched at Sugarplum, sat in the chair and began scooting it to the table while Sugarplum held onto the back, crying and trying to pull it the other way.<\/p>\n

At this point the mommy in me who was pinned under a fevery, sleeping baby wanted to take the stance of \u201cyou two work it out\u201d but I knew that would result in one of two bad outcomes: an awake, upset baby or a hurt child.\u00a0 So instead, this is what happened:<\/p>\n
