<\/a>Doodle has now officially been in my arms as long as he was in my belly, today he is 39 weeks and 6 days old, the same as he was born (though technically, he was in my belly about 2 weeks less since the first two weeks of pregnancy are before conception occurs, anywho…)<\/p>\nI know it\u2019s clich\u00e9 and everyone says it but that\u2019s because it\u2019s true: Babies grow too fast!!!<\/p>\n
One year down and all those worries and struggles have been replaced with laughter as Doodle plays peek-a-boo and an overflowing heart as he lies sweetly asleep in my arms.\u00a0 My mind is blown every time Honeybun reads me a book or asks me questions like \u201cdoes China have freedom?\u201d (yes, my 5 year old actually asked me that question last week!)\u00a0 And the stress of life is lightened a little every time Sugarplum wraps me in a big cuddle.<\/p>\n I\u2019m not saying being a mommy of 3 is easy and I still do more than enough complaining but I wouldn\u2019t trade my days for anything.\u00a0 I wouldn\u2019t trade a minute with my children for an hour without them.\u00a0 I can\u2019t imagine not having each of them and I know that each of the next 9 months will bring even more joy and happy memories that will always trump the stress, complications and worries of a mommy\u2019s life!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" It\u2019s funny how the 9 months baby spends inside your tummy growing, changing, developing, kicking, flailing and getting ready for life seem like an eternity yet those same 9 months making up the beginning of your little baby\u2019s life seem to fly by in the blink of an eye.
