I\u2019ve heard other mommies talk many times about their babies being \u201cmilk drunk\u201d.\u00a0 I never really understood what it meant, I thought it was just the way little babies tend to drift gently off to sleep during a feed. \u00a0I even questioned if it really existed or maybe I just didn\u2019t pay attention enough to see it when it did happen. \u00a0I didn\u2019t know what to look for. I thought maybe my milk just didn\u2019t have the powers to make a baby \u201cdrunk,\u201d I never noticed my girls experiencing any kind of drunkenness after feeding.<\/p>\n

As his little head bobbled and I saw the euphoric look on his face, my heart melted and now I know what milk drunk really means.\u00a0 It really is an amazing sight, seeing such a content and happy little thing.\u00a0 I\u2019m not a huge fan of drunk people (spill something on me and see what happens!) but if all drunk people were this adorable, happy and fun to be around, I’d be a lot more tolerant (and probably would enjoy parties more). \u00a0And one thing’s for sure: I\u2019ll never get tired of seeing this milk drunk little boy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
